learn to cook
"Whenever I try a new recipe I will post a picture (good or bad) and give you the recipe I tried. Hopefully, I will learn to cook and you will learn from my mistakes. Feel free to let me know what you think. Don't be shy. I can take it!" ...... New Cook On The Block - I'm learning to cook at home and learning to cook online

No Mess Oven Bacon
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
5-8 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lay tin foil on a cookie sheet.
Place bacon on tin foil.
Cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes. Check it periodically to prevent over-cooking.
My husband saw someone do this on TV and decided to try it. It came out great. The bacon was nice and crisp and best of all it stayed flat! And there was no mess on top of the stove. Clean up was a breeze. He just picked up the tin foil and threw it away. No greasy fry pan to wash. You could cook up the whole package and put it in the frig to nuke in the microwave later if you like. .... New Cook On The Block
